Other than LovEarth mats, all our products are delivered worldwide for free to your doorstep. 

Yes, we will keep you updated on the status of your order.

All our orders are processed within 24 hours of payment received. Due to the location of some of our warehouses, some items may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. We will keep you informed of the status of your order at all times and provide a tracking number so you know when your items are coming.

Delays may occur during public holidays and special dates or extreme weather conditions. Remote deliveries are subject to local transport schedules and may encounter extended delays.

Due to the nature of the mats and given that is a biodegradable product, fully sustainable and to keep the price point low, we can’t offer free shipping. However, shipping is only $10.50 Australia wide. Contact us for pricing if you like it delivered anywhere else in the world.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, regardless of where you live.

In order to keep our costs low and offer you the best price possible, we ship our products directly from our suppliers so you may receive your items in separate parcels.

Customer satisfaction is our main priority. If the item is not what your ordered and you are not totally happy with it you can return or exchange items within 14 days of your purchase being delivered.

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items provided that they are in a new condition, with tags on and in its original packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, washed, or removed from their original packaging. Please also note that we do not cover postage costs for cancellations or returns.

Change of mind refunds or exchange are not accepted,  however we are able to review this on a one to one basis. Contact us first via the form on our contact page.
